
The establishment was founded in 1993, in Yeþilyurt county of Malatya, on the highway of Adana, in the location of Görgü village, on the area consisting of total 200 decares. In the establishment, there exist total 2 fattening padogs each of which has got the capacity of 154 cattles as Northern American model open system and closed system. The number (capacity) of cattles subjected to fattening period is 616 cattle/year, and its carcass production capacity is 160 tons / year 10–12 month old male fattening calves of culture race are purchased from the growers under the control of veterinary surgeon by carrying out the necessary examinings, and they are raised in the farm of fattening for about 6 months. At the end of this process, the cattles which are ready to get cut are sent to slaughter house, and the process of production is completed. The whole of the production which is completely performed as hygienic and getting controlled is sold in the country.
